Through our CSA we receive four fruit deliveries summer through FruitShare.
So on Thursday we got SIX pints of fresh, organic blueberries. Heavenly.
Blueberry Crisp from Simply in Season
6 c. of blueberries- put in a greased 9"x9" pan
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. rolled oats
3 T. butter
2 T. oil
3/4 brown sugar
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
And, of course this goes without saying, top with ice cream.
My two year old who exclaimed earlier in the day, "I hate blueberries," ate it all up!
