Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Okay, so here is the chocolate zucchini cake from A Handmade Childhood.  It turned out great!  We all loved it except for Nora who doesn't really care for chocolate.  I made just a few modifications.  I didn't have butter so I subbed canola oil.  I left out the raisins and nuts because there is someone in my family who would rather not eat those things if he can help it.  I added about a cup of mini chocolate chips because I felt like it would be missing a little something without the raisins and nuts.  This was super easy to make and is a really great treat.  Plus I am telling myself that because it has whole wheat flour, wheat germ, and zucchini, it is at least a little bit healthy!  Enjoy!
