summer 2011!

We're back. Kerry and I had our first CSA delivery yesterday. I'm bringing most of my goods to the cabin for the weekend, but woke up and made myself some scrambled eggs with dill. Ah, the true joy farm fresh food brings. I imagine the beautiful farm and the kind, earnest family who brings it to my table.

Welcome, CSA season, we've been waiting for you!

Scrambled Eggs with Dill
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
fresh dill to taste
splash of milk

I served mine with buttered toast and Irish breakfast tea with cream
