zuchinni


When we first started this blog Johanna has mentioned the she love sauteing the "humble zucchini."  Last night I did just that- in a little olive oil with some scallions.  We served it over frozen tortelinni and topped it with canned spaghetti sauce.  (I heart prego.)

  2. Zucchini and onion sauted with a little soy sauce and served over rice is delightful too. Can Zucchini really ever be bad?
