Okay, so this is my loose interpretation of this recipe. For the filling I used chicken, scallions, garlic scapes, and kale and a mix of white wine and water in place of the chicken stock as well as some sharp cheddar cheese. Ours were more of a calzone style because I used some bread dough that I had in the fridge rather than pie crust. I think the pie crust would make these incredible. They were pretty darn good as-is. Everyone ate them and Henry told me that he LOVED them, even when he knew what was inside!
